Key Responsibilities
• Lead portfolio financial monitoring, including plan versus actual performance, budget utilization and key portfolio Finance cycle inputs.
• Lead month end portfolio financial processes and billing, coordinating with vendors for detailed invoicing, and updating financials in Clarity to reflect actuals versus forecasts
• Supporting Program Directors and Senior Managers with daily project management activities, including status reporting, JIRA management, and project documentation.
Required Skills – Must Have
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively deliver an impactful story that resonates and engages key stakeholders at all levels; excellent data visualization skills
• Advanced skills in standard project management tools: MIS, Planview SaaS, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel and Po
