Role Description The Assistant Manager – Insurance Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for driving insurance sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of tailored health coverage solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, explaining insurance products and benefits, preparing proposals, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, supporting the sales team with guidance and training,



coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Insurance and Finance skills to understand health coverage products, pricing, and policy terms.
