Role Overview :

You will be responsible for converting business leads into long-term customers, managing key accounts and growing B2B sales across India. Leads are provided by our business development team, so your focus will be on meeting customers, negotiating and closing deals, and building lasting relationships.
This is an individual contributor role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Convert B2B leads into orders, including fertilizer and agrochemical companies, distributors, FPOs, institutional buyers and private label customers.
* Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets across the product range.
* Manage and grow key accounts through regular visits and annual supply agreements.
* Ensure timely collections in line with company credit policy.
* Maintain pricing discipline and grow sales of focus products.




* Prepare monthly and seasonal sales forecasts.
* Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
* Track competitor activity and share market insights.
* Update CRM in real time and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

* B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture preferred; MBA in Agri-Business or Marketing is an advantage.
* 815 years of sales experience in fertilizers or agri-inputs, with at least 4 years in B2B sales.
* Sound knowledge of biofertilizers and speciality fertilizers.
* Experience handling customers across multiple states.
* Strong negotiation, communication and deal-closing skills.
* Fluency in English and Hindi; a regional language is an advantage.
* Comfortable with Excel and CRM tools.
* Willingness to travel around 18 days a month across India.
