Job Description:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and maximize ROI. The selected candidate will manage digital advertising efforts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and will optimize these campaigns to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, audience targeting, and data analytics to effectively engage potential customers and support business growth. You will run the function in house and coordinate with one external agency on selected activities.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and conduct A/B testing for creatives and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets of ₹2.5 to 5 lakh per month, keywords,
bidding strategies, and negative keywords.
• Continuously improve cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, site visits, bookings, and return on investment (ROI).
• Deliver against monthly targets: 500 or more leads at an average CPL of ₹600 or lower, a minimum 10% conversion from lead to site visit, and 50 to 75 qualified site visits. Performance is evaluated primarily on qualified leads, site visits and bookings, and not on lead volume alone.
• Ensure every advertisement and landing page meets MahaRERA advertising requirements, with the project registration number, QR code and MahaRERA website address displayed prominently.
• Handle SEO and organic growth activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, local SEO, and Google Business Profile management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to analyze lead quality, site visit metrics,
