Designation - HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai

The Souled Store is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. The role will primarily support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, providing hands-on exposure to recruitment as well as day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Support the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
• Support offer coordination and candidate follow-ups.

HR Operations




• Assist with day-to-day HR operational activities and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR trackers.
• Support HR in maintaining accurate employee data.
• Assist with various HR reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams on routine HR-related requirements.
• Support the HR team with employee documentation and other operational processes.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For
• Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
