Position : Montessori Teacher- Immediate Joining

Role Summary:

To facilitate a prepared, child-centred environment that nurtures independence, curiosity, concentration, and holistic development through hands-on, self-directed learning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate learning through Montessori materials and purposeful, hands-on activities.

• Support learning across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies.

• Observe and respond to children’s individual developmental needs, interests, and readiness.

• Foster independence, self-discipline, problem-solving, fine-motor skills, and social-emotional development.

• Maintain an orderly, inclusive, and thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment.

• Document children’s progress,



learning journeys, and developmental milestones.

• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support holistic child development.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Montessori Diploma/Certification from a recognised institution; teaching qualification preferred.

• Sound understanding of Montessori philosophy, pedagogy, and materials.

• Solid observation, communication, classroom facilitation, and documentation skills.

• Warm, patient, respectful, and child-responsive approach.

• Prior Montessori experience preferred.
