Role Description The Senior Tax Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end tax preparation and compliance activities, including reviewing tax returns, analyzing financial data, and ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations. The Senior Tax Associate will provide tax planning advice, interpret changes in tax legislation, and collaborate with clients to optimize their tax positions. Daily work involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate documentation, responding to tax queries,



and supporting process improvements in tax and finance operations. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices within the tax function.
Qualifications

• Strong tax technical skills, including Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation.
• Solid understanding of Tax and applicable Tax Law relevant to business and individual clients.
• Finance-related skills, including financial analysis, reporting, and interpretation of financial statements.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Experience in a tax advisory or public accounting environment, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
