Executive – CEO's Office | Digital, AI & Growth

Location: Mumbai
Work Model: Full-time, Work from Office – 5 days a week
Experience: 3+ years
Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and fit

This is NOT a traditional EA role.
• I am looking for someone who wants to work closely with me as I build the next phase of Kwebmaker Digital and my Digital & AI Transformation practice.
• This is a high-ownership, multi-hat role at the intersection of Digital, AI, Business Development, Personal Brand, PR, Strategy and Growth.
• You will work directly with the Founder & CEO on identifying business opportunities, researching potential clients, initiating conversations, managing strategic outreach, building personal and company visibility, exploring speaking and PR opportunities, and helping turn ideas into action.
• If you are valuable at what you do and grow with the role, the long-term opportunity is to become a trusted right-hand person to the CEO, taking increasing ownership of strategic and business initiatives.

What will you be responsible for?
1.



Business Development & Opportunity Creation – 25%+ of the role
• Continuously identify potential clients, companies, CXOs, founders, industries and business opportunities.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building.
• Initiate conversations with potential clients and opportunities.
• Research prospects before conversations and understand their business, digital presence and potential requirements.
• Handle initial discussions with selected prospects and, over time, become comfortable representing the CEO.
• Qualify opportunities and prepare concise briefs before the CEO gets involved.
• Follow up on opportunities and ensure conversations move forward.
• Identify relevant partnerships, collaborations and strategic opportunities.
