Job Description –

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Planning leader to lead the Planning function for our projects. The role will be responsible for project planning, construction scheduling, engineering coordination, design interface, progress monitoring, resource planning, and ensuring projects remain aligned with approved timelines and execution plans.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in planning and execution of large-scale residential, commercial, township and plotted development projects, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, project sequencing, engineering deliverables, and site execution.

Education Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution

Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution will be preferred

Roles & Responsibilities (Professional /Technical Competencies)

:

• Lead the Engineering Planning function across multiple residential, commercial, township, and plotted development projects
• Develop detailed project schedules covering engineering, design, procurement, construction, testing, and handover activities
• Prepare and monitor master schedules, baseline schedules, micro-level schedules, milestone plans, and recovery schedules.
• Coordinate with Project, Construction, Design, MEP, Procurement, Contracts, QS, and other engineering teams to ensure timely
