Responsibilities
• Manage end to end policy servicing activities including policy setup validation endorsement processing and renewals to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of customer policy records in the core servicing systems
• Execute complex policy data updates and reconciliations using MS Office tools to maintain clean error free data sets that support reliable reporting and risk assessment for the organization
• Prepare structured service request trackers and workflow logs in spreadsheets to monitor volumes turnaround time and quality metrics enabling continuous improvement of policy servicing operations
• Create clear and well formatted documentation templates checklists and job aids in text processing tools to standardize policy servicing procedures and reduce process variation across the servicing team
