About Laptop BazarLaptop Bazar is building an e-commerce business selling refurbished and used laptops to students, small businesses, and work-from-home customers across South India. Our operations are based in Mangalore, and we are preparing to scale sales through our website and digital marketing.
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day running of the business and ensure that marketing, inventory, sales, customer service, and order fulfilment work together smoothly.
The roleYou will be the central point of coordination for Laptop Bazar’s office and operational activities. You’ll work with the founders, warehouse team, customer support, suppliers, and external marketing agency to keep work moving, track results, and resolve operational issues.
Key responsibilities• Coordinate daily office and business operations from our Mangalore base.
• Oversee laptop procurement, stock records, product grading, pricing, and availability in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Coordinate order processing, packing, dispatch, delivery tracking, returns,



replacements, and warranty-related processes.
• Work with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer enquiries and orders are handled promptly.
• Coordinate with the external digital marketing agency on campaign plans, product information, offers, creative approvals, and launch activities.
• Track marketing leads and sales enquiries, help ensure they are followed up, and coordinate the process with the relevant team members.
• Monitor key business measures such as stock levels, orders, sales, fulfilment timelines, returns, customer issues, and marketing-related sales.
• Maintain explicit operating records, trackers, reports, and standard procedures.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to reduce delays, errors, and unnecessary costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, service partners, and other vendors.
