Role Description The Senior Software Architect will lead the design and evolution of software systems that support Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, in office role is based in Abroad, and involves defining system architecture, selecting technologies, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of internal platforms and client-facing applications.



The architect will collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, review and improve existing systems, and set coding and design standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural blueprints, guiding software development efforts, mentoring engineers, conducting code and design reviews, and ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements. The role also includes evaluating new tools and frameworks, managing technical risks, and contributing to long-term technology roadmaps.
