QA-I — Quality Engineer

We are looking for a QA-I who is passionate about product quality, understands customer workflows, and takes ownership of delivering a reliable product.

What You’ll Do

• Understand product requirements, user journeys and critical business workflows and create effective test scenarios around them.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
• Identify quality risks early and ensure critical user workflows are thoroughly validated before release.
• Own testing for assigned features from requirement understanding to release, ensuring quality issues are identified and driven to closure.
• Work closely with Developers, Product Managers and other QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Raise clear, actionable defects and actively participate in root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Contribute to improving test coverage, QA processes and overall release quality.
• Identify repetitive and high-value scenarios for automation and collaborate with SDETs to automate them.




• Use AI/GenAI tools to improve test-case generation, exploratory testing, test-data creation, defect analysis and identify automation opportunities.
• Support production issue investigation and post-release validation when required.
• Focus on quality outcomes rather than test-case execution numbers and continuously look for ways to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with web and/or mobile application testing.
• Good understanding of API testing and basic SQL.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Postman and test management tools.
• Good analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand customer and business impact.
• Experience using AI/GenAI tools for software
