We are looking for an accomplished and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation through this growth journey. The CEO will initially be based in Kerala, working closely with the existing leadership team and hospital operations, and will subsequently take on a key leadership role in establishing and scaling the Bengaluru business.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide overall strategic and operational leadership across the hospital group.
* Drive business growth, profitability, operational excellence and patient-centricity across the existing Kerala hospitals.
* Work closely with promoters/owners and the senior management team to define and execute the organisation’s growth strategy.
* Lead the organisation’s expansion into Bengaluru, including planning, setup, operational readiness and business development.
* Build and lead high-performing leadership and hospital management teams.
* Oversee key functions including hospital operations, clinical services, finance, HR, marketing, business development and quality.
* Establish strong governance, processes,



KPIs and performance management systems across the group.
* Drive patient experience, clinical quality, compliance and operational efficiency.
* Develop strategic relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, insurers, corporate partners and other key stakeholders.
* Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships and potential expansion opportunities.
* Ensure the organisation is well-positioned for sustainable long-term growth.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a senior healthcare leader who has:

* 15+ years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in hospital/healthcare leadership.
* Experience managing multi-unit hospital operations or healthcare businesses.
* Strong commercial and P&L; ownership experience.
* Proven ability to lead teams and drive organisational transformation/growth.
* Experience in hospital expansion, recent facility setup or market entry would be h
