As a Data Engineers - Databricks - Senior Manager you will lead data engineering work focused on designing and building data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions that help turn raw data into actionable insights and support client decision-making within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, use sound judgment in complex situations, coach teams through ambiguity,
and bring clear communication and strategic input that supports operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will guide delivery across Databricks-based data solutions, bring structure to changing priorities, and help develop data infrastructure that supports business growth and practical analytics outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leading data engineering workstreams for Databricks-based client solutions across data modernization initiatives
- Designing and building scalable data pipelines, integration patterns, and transformation logic to support analytics and reporting needs
- Developing cloud-based data architectures using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and related platforms
- Applying data modeling, warehouse design, and performance tuning methods to improve data availability and query response times
