Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Equity Dealer role based in Kanpur. The Equity Dealer will execute client orders in equity markets, monitor price movements, and manage trades in line with client instructions and risk parameters. Responsibilities include providing trading-related information, supporting clients with market insights,



and ensuring accurate and timely order placement through various trading platforms. The role involves coordinating with the research and operations teams, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and updating clients on portfolio positions and market developments. The Equity Dealer will also contribute to client acquisition and retention by delivering professional and efficient dealing services.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Stock Market and Trading, with the ability to handle real-time market operations.
• Practical understanding of Equities and Investments for executing and advising on equity trades.
• Solid foundation in Finance to interpret market data, risk, and portfolio performance.
• Relevant experience as an Equity Dealer or in a similar dealing / broking role is preferred.
• Proficiency with trading terminals and online trading platforms; comfort with MS Excel and basic analytics.
