Key Responsibilities

§ 1. Supporting the finance controllership function for the organisation

§ 2. Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle from invoice receipt to vendor payment.

§ 3. Manage the Accounts receivable ensuring proper accounting of revenue and monitoring balances and collections.

§ 4. Support IndAS implementation to the organisation including coordinating with auditors.

§ 5. Closure of monthly MIS reporting and books along with performing required reconciliations on monthly basis.

§ 6. Verify vendor invoices against Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), contracts, and supporting documents.

§ 7. Ensure accurate accounting of vendor and customer invoices and expenses in the ERP system.

§ 8. Process vendor payments as per approved payment schedules and agreed credit terms.

§ 9. Prepare payment proposals and coordinate with the authorized signatories for payment approvals.

§ 10. Maintain vendor master records and ensure proper vendor onboarding documentation is available.

§ 11.



Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies or payment-related queries.

§ 12. Ensure timely accounting and payment of employee reimbursements and advances.

§ 13. Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, MSME regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements while processing invoices.

§ 14. Maintain ageing reports for Accounts Payable/ Receivables and highlight overdues.

§ 15. Coordinate with procurement and business teams to resolve invoice matching issues and pending GRNs.

§ 16. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

§ 17. Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews.

§ 18. Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, approvals, and supporting records.

§ 19. Identify opportunities to improve controllership processes, strengthen controls, and automate routine activities.

Requirements

1. CA Inter / CMA/ CWA/ CIMA/ MBA in Finance required.
2. 2–3 years of experience in Controllership, AP/AR, Tre
