Role Overview
We are inviting applications from individuals passionate about working with neurodiverse children. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have some experience, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow under skilled guidance in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct 1:1 session with children at home
• Implement therapy programs designed by our Clinical Head/BCBA
• Collect session data and support documentation
• Participate in structured training and observation
• Collaborate with caregivers and the team for holistic support

Eligibility
• Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
• Freshers welcome – full fledge training provided
• Prior exposure to ABA is an added advantage
• Must be compassionate, committed, and eager to learn

Compensation
• ₹15,000/month during the initial 3-month probation period
• Travel reimbursement provided for home sessions
• Upon successful completion of probation, the compensation will be revised to approximately ₹20,000/month, based on performance and caseload
• Compensation to grow as caseload increases
