nRole Overview
nAs a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT), you will contribute to product design, testing, data analysis, failure analysis, and CAD‑based development, supporting innovation and growth in our R&D; function.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n• Assist the R&D; team in designing, developing, and testing products • Manage and update product data in ERP/PLM systems • Prepare design documents and maintain records • Research new design ideas and concepts
n

nPay Range and Compensation Package
n• Stipend Range: INR 18,000 per month
n• Additional Benefit: Government share of INR 6,150 per month under NATS
