As a Workday PSA Senior Associate you will support people operations and human resource activities tied to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and advantages administration, absence management, employee records, compliance, and inquiry handling within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build client relationships, guide junior team members,
and use critical thinking to navigate ambiguity while advancing your technical skills and business understanding. In this role at PwC, you will serve as a primary point of contact for HR transactions and escalations, interpret data to shape insights and recommendations, and contribute to the delivery of workstreams that support workforce operations and the broader business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Managing Workday PSA project tasks across people operations workstreams and translating client needs into practical system solutions
- Analyzing complex process requirements and configuring Workday Projects, reporting, and analytics to support workforce service delivery
- Supporting data conversion, validation, and troubleshooting activities across Workday implementations and enhancements
- Developing Workday integrations, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Workday Prism Analytics
- Reviewing assigned deli
