Performance Marketing Trainer (Part-time, Hybrid)

What this role is about: Delivering training on paid acquisition through Google and Meta ads, mentoring students, consulting on real brand problems, and staying ahead of how modern performance marketing is evolving across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.

What you’ll spend your time on





• Coaching through real-world experience: Use your own hands-on experience of running performance marketing campaigns to help students connect concepts with how things actually work in the industry. Share practical examples, campaign learnings, common mistakes and decision-making frameworks that can help them become better performance marketers.
• Helping students improve their performance: Identify gaps in students' understanding or application of performance marketing concepts and coach them on how to improve. This could include helping them think through campaign strategy, diagnose performance issues, interpret data, or make better optimisation decisions.
• Conducting mock interviews: Conduct mock interviews to assess students' understanding of performance marketing concepts, their ability to reason through campaign scenarios, and their readiness for performance marketing roles. Use these conversatio
