About the Role

Sales & Business Development
• Take complete ownership of ACE equipment sales across Kutch.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans for Bhuj, Gandhidham, Mundra, Nakhatrana and other areas of Kutch.
• Identify new customers, projects, contractors, builders and infrastructure companies.
• Generate enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Track competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.

Team Management
• Lead, guide and monitor the ACE sales team across Kutch.
• Set individual targets and review performance regularly.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to team members.




• Accompany team members on important customer visits and help close critical deals.
• Train and develop the team on products, sales techniques and market knowledge.
• Ensure proper follow-up of all enquiries and leads.

Customer & Market Management
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, government departments and other key customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ACE machines.
• Handle important negotiations and key customer accounts.
• Develop new markets and customer segments within Kutch.
• Maintain robust relationships with finance partners and other stakeholders involved in equipment purchases.

Collections & Sales Coordination
• Monitor outstanding payments and support the team in timely collections.
• Coordinate with finance, service and operations teams for smooth order execution and machine delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of sales.
