We are hiring our first dedicated Business Development Executive, so you will have the chance to build the business development process from the ground up.

You will independently research potential clients, generate leads, contact prospects, manage follow-ups, arrange meetings, understand client requirements, and help convert opportunities into software projects.

You can use LinkedIn, email outreach, freelance platforms, networking, referrals, and other suitable channels to generate business.

Our technical team will fully support you with technical proposals, project estimates, documentation, software demos, technical discussions, and client meetings whenever required.

You should be confident, proactive, target-oriented, comfortable working independently,



and willing to take ownership of building our Business Development process from zero.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and research potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, freelance platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and manage regular follow-ups.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and business needs.
• Maintain and manage leads and prospects.
• Prepare proposals and sales materials with support from the technical team.
• Coordinate software demos and technical discussions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
• Research new markets and potential customer segments.
• Track leads, meetings, opportunities, and conversions.
• Suggest and test new lead-generation and business development strategies.
• Provide regular updates to management.
