• Maintain criteria packs for employment, merit-based, family and humanitarian classifications
• Track designated AAO decisions and policy manual revisions and assess product impact
• Curate and update the USCIS RFE database that the firm publishes free to cite
• Write the evidentiary guidance that ships inside the product
What we are looking for
• Law degree with demonstrated focus on US immigration, or 3+ years as an immigration paralegal
• Ability to read regulatory and precedential text closely and summarise it without losing precision
• Comfort working with adjudication datasets and defending a methodology
