We are hiring :
Job Profile : Field sales executive
Salary : Conveyance (Fuel) Rs.6000+ Incentives upto Rs.25,000

Role Description : This is completely based on field job.

1.Institute OutreachContact gym/fashion institute owners or managers.
Explain the pageant, audition process, eligibility and advantages.
Request them to promote the audition among their students/members.
2.Candidate RecruitmentEncourage eligible participants to register for auditions.
Share the official audition poster, registration link and details.
Follow up with interested candidates until registration is completed.
3.Team Management : Divide Lucknow into areas/locations among team members.
Assign daily targets—for example, number of institutes contacted and candidate leads generated.




Track each team member's progress in a Google Sheet.
4.On-Ground Promotion :Coordinate visits to selected gyms, Zumba classes and fashion institutes.
Arrange poster/standee placement where permitted.
Conduct small promotional interactions or candidate briefing sessions.
5.Follow-Up & Conversion
6.ReportingSubmit daily/weekly reports covering:
Institutes contacted
Meetings completed
Interested institutes
Candidate leads
Registrations
Issues/feedback

Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, including scheduling, resource planning, and timeline management for events or programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with talent, colleagues, and external partners in a fast-paced workplace.
