We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with expertise in Revenue Cloud (CPQ) to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading a team of consultants to bridge the gap between client business processes and Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to tailor solutions that align with client needs while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Revenue Cloud Consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce Revenue Cloud needs.

• Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on CPQ and RCA.

• Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential limitations, especially within Revenue Cloud modules.

• Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating benefits and strategic fit.





• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.

• Oversee customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client specifications.

• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications.

• Stay current with Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.

• Build internal Go-To-Market (GTM) accelerators for Revenue Cloud.

• Foster a cooperative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.

• Manage team performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
