Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AUTOSAR FBL & Middleware Engineer with strong Japanese (Native/N3+) and English communication skills to work on automotive ECU software development projects. The role focuses on Flash Bootloader (75%) and AUTOSAR BSW Integration (25%) using the AUTOSAR toolchain.
Key Skills
• Solid experience in Automotive Flash Bootloader (FBL) development.
• Hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR Classic Platform and BSW integration.
• Experience with UDS Diagnostics, OTA/FOTA, ECU Reprogramming, CAN, Ethernet, and LIN.
• Strong Embedded C programming and software integration skills.
• Experience with DaVinci Configurator & Developer tools.
• Knowledge of Infineon TriCore and NXP S32 microcontrollers.
• Ability to interact directly with Japanese customers and lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities




• Design and develop automotive bootloader solutions.
• Implement firmware flashing, software updates, and OTA mechanisms.
• Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW modules and MCAL components.
• Support diagnostics (UDS), ECU integration, and software validation.
• Debug software, communication, and memory-related issues.
• Collaborate with Japanese customers and global development teams.
• Prepare technical documents and participate in design/code reviews.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with EB Tresos and ETAS ISOLAR.
• Knowledge of RH850, TRAVEO II, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, and SDV architectures.
• Exposure to Automotive Ethernet, DoIP, and cloud-connected vehicle platforms.

Japanese language proficiency and Bootloader expertise are mandatory.
