Position Summary

The Client Onboarding Senior Officer is responsible for supporting and coordinating end-to-end client onboarding activities. This role is integral to delivering consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences for clients utilizing Private Equity, Real Assets, Private Credit,



and Loan Agency & Administration products. The Senior Officer acts as a key coordination point across internal functions: supporting onboarding execution, documentation, data migration, and offboarding activities in close partnership with Project Managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Project Support

• Support end-to-end onboarding activities across Private Equity, Real Assets, Private Credit, and Loan Agency & Administration business lines.

• Follow established onboarding workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Assist in the full onboarding lifecycle, including client setup and activation, data migration tracking, and offboarding and client transitions.

• Ensure all onboarding documentation and deliverables are completed, validated, and properly recorded.

• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies through go-live and deal closing; m
