Position Summary

The Client Onboarding Support Officer is responsible for executing day-to-day onboarding tasks in support of the broader Client Onboarding team. This role focuses on completing assigned onboarding activities accurately and on time,



supporting Senior Officers and Project Managers in delivering a consistent and high-quality client experience across Private Equity, Real Assets, Private Credit, and Loan Agency & Administration products. The Officer performs hands-on tasks related to onboarding setup, documentation processing, checklist management, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding Task Execution

• Complete assigned onboarding tasks accurately and within established timelines, following defined workflows and process guides.

• Execute client setup activities including folder creation, CRM updates, SFTP configuration, distribution list setup, and bank setup coordination.

• Update and maintain onboarding checklists, trackers, and status reports on a regular basis.

• Support data migration activities by tracking progress, flagging discrepancies, and updating relevant logs.

• Assist with client transition tasks as directed by Senior Officers or Project Manage
