About The Role

As Senior Manager, Key Accounts Sales, you will play a pivotal role to expand sales of our class-leading cooperative and bimanual humanoid robots with large national and international customer accounts. You will work closely with senior management to devise and evolve our enterprise sales process, expand our sales funnel across industry verticals and execute to achieve assigned strategic account objectives. You must focus on building strong relationship with our customers and partners based on trust and confidence and nurture it for mutually benefit. You will work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, both internal and external, explore use cases and come up with automation solutions aligned with Svaya product and platform capabilities to drive customers value metrics. Assigned to named accounts, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales process to achieve sales quota and strategic account objectives.

Your Work

• Work closely with senior management to define the targeted market segments, industry verticals,



and customer base to map clear sales strategy and execution plan
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel across customer accounts to drive sales closures to meet assigned sales targets and strategic account objectives
• Coordinate with Svaya’s product, engineering, and project teams to position technical fit of our robots and platform in customer operations and drive it from pilots to sales closure
• Partner closely with marketing and product teams to communicate the product story, and conduct technically engaging demonstrations of our robots and platform to diverse audiences
• Represent Svaya Robotics at trade shows, road shows, conferences, and industry events
• Drive demand generation strategies with data-driven insights and market trends to set clear priorities for demand generation in-tune with our product and platform capabilities
• Present sales and business development strategy, pipeline, and result
