Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets in line with the regional business plan, including retail volume and market share.
• Expand the customer base by identifying new customer segments, markets, and business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting based on annual, quarterly, and monthly targets.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term business plans to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of dealerships and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Communicate company policies, programs, and initiatives to dealerships and ensure effective implementation and compliance.
• Liaise with financial institutions to ensure the timely availability of funds to dealers and promote retail finance options for customers.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand expectations, and facilitate resolution of complaints, wherever required.




• Review dealership business performance and recommend improvement actions to enhance sales and profitability.
• Provide timely market intelligence and feedback to the RSM on competitor activities, government regulations, market trends, and other relevant business developments.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders to drive business performance and ensure effective execution of company initiatives.

Qualification & Skills

• B.Tech./B.E. or MBA from a recognized university/institution.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in the Passenger Vehicle/Automotive industry, preferably in Channel Sales.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the assigned market/region.
• High result orientation with the ability to create win-win solutions.
• Valuable understanding of business finance and dealership profitability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders effectively.
