What role will you play?

You will work within Central team of the Equity Derivatives and Trading business, coordinating business management activities across high priority workflows, including bespoke transactions and their ongoing lifecycle, while partnering with stakeholders across the firm on a daily basis. We collaborate across Front Office teams based in Sydney and Hong Kong, as well as Finance, Legal, Risk Management, and Operations,



to help ensure transactions are appropriately supported once originated and the business runs smoothly, meets its obligations, and delivers on key priorities. The role involves transaction and workflow coordination, you will coordinate booking, system and business workflows, to support transactions once originated, maintaining deal documentation and artefacts, support lifecycle events and amendments, oversee key controls and checks, contribute to regulatory reporting requirements, and support responses to client queries on operational /transactional matters when required. Transactions are typically highly customised, with complexity that requires high attention to detail and careful management of operational risk.

Alongside transaction related responsibilities, you will deliver recurring BAU activities including reporting, attestations, data validations, and periodic reviews.
