About CARPL.ai

CARPL.ai is the world's best radiology AI platform. It is the largest radiology AI marketplace that helps healthcare providers discover, validate, and deploy AI applications across their imaging workflows. We work with hospitals, AI developers, and PACS vendors globally to improve patient outcomes.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Designer to own the visual output of our marketing function, from event collateral and social creatives to sales decks and web assets. You'll translate technical and clinical concepts into clean, credible design that holds up in a healthcare and enterprise context.

What You Can Expect

Build things people will see. You will own graphic and video design here, and you will have a real say in what the brand becomes. Marketing, product, and leadership are all a message away, so positive ideas don't get bottlenecked, and there's room to experiment every day. Your work will be seen by thousands of people at leading global conferences and across major healthcare systems around the world.

This is a chance to build something you can be proud of.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Collaterals: Design creatives for campaigns including social media posts, digital ads, newsletters, presentations, infographics, and short-form videos.
• Event & Booth Design: Design trade show and conference assets including booth layouts and backdrops, banners, standees, signage, wall and panel graphics, booth video loops and screen content, and brochures. Build print-ready files to booth vendor specifications.
• Merchandise Design: Design branded merchandise for events and campaigns, including t-shirts, caps, tote bags, notebooks, lanyards, badges, stickers, and giveaway items. Adapt artwork to each product's print method and placement, whether screen print, embroidery, or digital print.
• Vendor Coordination: Work directly with print, fabrication, and merchandise vendors on specs, dielines, colour profiles, bleeds, and material choices. Rev
