Position: Principal

Location: Kolhui, Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Experience: 5+ years

Accommodation: Provided by the school

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the overall academic and administrative activities of the school.

• Provide effective leadership and guidance to teachers and staff.

• Monitor teaching quality, student performance, and academic progress.

• Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school activities.

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

• Coordinate with teachers, parents, students, and school management.

• Conduct regular meetings and monitor staff performance.

• Handle school operations, staff management, and administrative responsibilities.





• Work closely with management to achieve the school's academic and operational goals.

Requirements
Eligibility:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a school leadership role.

• Candidates with experience as Principal or Vice Principal will be preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

• Good knowledge of academic planning and school administration.

• Ability to effectively manage teachers, students, parents, and school operations.
