Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for parents

• Handle queries, concerns, and feedback professionally

• Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and school events

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• 2–5 years in customer service, school administration, or similar role
