Field Recruiter – Logistics Industry
Job Description:
- Source and recruit candidates for delivery, warehouse, and logistics-related positions.
- Conduct field visits to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Explain job roles, salary, incentives, working hours, and other benefits to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build a robust candidate network through local references, job fairs, and field-level sourcing.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with the operations/HR team to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Having experience in Blue Collar Hiring.
