Prior Experience - 0 - 2 years

CTC - 2,20,730 + Incentives

Required Skillset:

We're looking for a results-driven sales staff to actively seek out and engage customer base and build sustainable relationship with the stakeholders.

*Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry or Healthcare industry or B2C Industry would be an added advantage

*Strong communication in local language and interpersonal skills

*Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment

*Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under this Profile, Officer will be assigned & stationed in one or few hospitals to drive below actionable's:

*Hospital Engagement:



Engage with Hospital & its various departments to build and strengthen relationship for EMI offering, IPD Cashless transactions & OPD Cashless transactions.

*Customer Engagement: Offer Walk-in customer of the Hospitals EMI financing or other curated products and offerings basis customer needs as well as transparent customer query's.

*Hospital Service & Driving Key Metrics: Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals query's & Regular reporting of Key metrics to the hospitals for driving business.

*Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of financial products & services, including interest rates/Insurance terms eligibility criteria etc.

*Achieving Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
