About the RoleAirbezz Express Private Limited is hiring an International Courier Pricing Executive to manage international courier rates, carrier rate cards and pricing structures for our technology-enabled cross-border shipping platform.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate international courier pricing, country/zone mapping, weight slabs, volumetric weight, surcharges, margins and DDP/DDU rates.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain international courier rate cards and pricing structures.
- Work with international shipping aggregators, logistics partners and global courier networks.
- Manage rates for courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DPD and other international courier partners.
- Maintain country-wise / zone-wise mapping and international destination rate structures.
- Manage weight slabs, chargeable weight and volumetric weight calculations.
- Maintain DDP & DDU pricing, fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge and other applicable charges.
- Calculate and maintain pricing margins, GST and additional surcharges.
- Prepare and maintain courier rate data using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Update and manage rate cards whenever carrier pricing or surcharges change.
- Coordinate with the Technology / Developer Team for website and shipping-calculator rate integration.
- Test website shipping rates and identify pricing errors or discrepancies.
- Cross-check system-generated rates against carrier/partner rate cards.
- Prepare international courier quotations and support the Sales Team with accurate pricing.
- Maintain proper records of carrier rates, effective dates, zones and pricing revisions.
- Support management in developing competitive and profitable international courier pricing.





International Courier ServicesThe candidate will primarily work on pricing for international courier and express shipping services through global courier/logistics partners such as:

DHL | FedEx | UPS | Aramex | DPD | Other Global Courier & Logistics Partners

- Required Skills1–3 years of experience in International Courier / Courier Pricing / Logistics Pricing / Shipping Aggregator / Logistics Operations.
- Strong knowledge of international courier pricing and rate cards.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of country/zone mapping, weight slabs and chargeable weight.
- Good understanding of volumetric weight calculations.
- Knowledge of DDP, DDU, fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge, GST and courier pricing components.
- Familiarity with international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DPD or similar carriers.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify pricing discrepancies and resolve rate-related issues.
- Experience working with multi-carrier international courier pricing will be preferred.

Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a candidate with practical experience in International Courier Pricing, Shipping Aggregator Pricing, Courier Rate Management or International Logistics Operations who can independently manage rate cards and ensure accurate, competitive and profitable shipping rates.

The candidate should be comfortable working with large Excel rate sheets, multiple courier partners, zone structures, weight slabs, surcharges and website-based shipping calculators.

Candidates with strong Excel skills, analytical ability and an interest in International Courier & E-commerce Logistics may also apply.
