Min 3-8 years in to Recruitment Ideally from Consultantcy firm background doing major Jr and Mid Level for Mumbai and other location also Manufacturing Industry hiring advantage ready to learn and implement

- Sourcing: Proactively find candidates using Naukri / Indeed/ Linkedin/ Apna Job portals/ social media, and industry-specific databases.
- Mailing Job details to each candidates before screening
- Job Posting - Ninvite on Naukri / job posting on portals. Positive in searching candidates on Naukri/ Shine/ Apna job portals as per the assignments
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone/video screenings like googlemeet/ whatapp to evaluate skills, profile as per clients requirements, salary expectations, and cultural fit.---(mandatory)




- Formatting and Preparing each candidates screeing in table format as per internal policy
- Scheudling and Lining Interviews / Create tracker on googlesheet of candidates whose CVs share to client and mail to Internal Director
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks
- Accountablity and Responsibilities is mandatory
