1. Design SPMs, automation systems, jigs, fixtures, and machine assemblies based on customer requirements.
2. Develop 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor).
3. Perform machine layout, assembly design, and detailing.
4. Select motors, gearboxes, bearings, linear guides, ball screws, cylinders, and other standard components.
5. Perform calculations for torque, power, speed, belt drives, shaft design, and structural strength.
6. Ensure designs meet safety and performance standards.
7. Understand customer specifications and convert them into design concepts.
8. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and release drawings for production.
9. Handle complete machine design projects independently.
10. Support machine trials and commissioning.
