We are hiring an Manager –Fleet Maintenance/Operations for our fleet operations team who has strong knowledge of Maruti/OEM automobile workshop process.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth technical knowledge of automobile process/operations (Service/RR/Warranty/Bodyshop).

• Experience in labor billing, Labor Code, Discounting, Costing, and job card management.

• Ability to manage multiple workshops/vendors for fleet servicing.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance ,engine OH, AC Service and breakdown handling.

• Basic email communication skills (should be able to draft and understand simple professional emails in English)

• Valuable coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain/Monitor vehicle uptime / reduce downtime.

• Maintain Daily MIS reports and operational records.

• Manage vendor bills, approvals and cost-effective services at backend.

• Coordination with hub team to approve estimation, Chasing SLA.

• Team handling, Target oriented approach, Pressure handling.

• Coordinate through email communication with vendors and internal teams.

• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance
