- Barista – Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare coffee, beverages, and food as per company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper grooming.
- Check and manage daily stock and reduce wastage.
- Handle POS, billing, and payments accurately.
- Follow café SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support the team during busy hours and perform duties assigned by the Manager/Captain.
