Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in EPC construction projects to manage and execute electrical site activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and supervise electrical construction activities at project sites as per EPC requirements.
- Understanding of electrical construction activities including slab conduiting, box fixing, cable routing, earthing, and execution of electrical works as per project requirements.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, single line diagrams (SLDs), and coordinate site execution accordingly.
- Prepare, modify, and update electrical drawings using Electrical AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams for timely completion of works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Must me well versed in quantity estimation, BOQ & BOM preparation, material planning, and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare, verify, and process RA Bills by checking executed quantities, measurements, BOQ items, and supporting documents to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site updates, and project documentation using MS Excel is must.
- Identify site-related issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure project activities are completed within scheduled timelines and quality standards.
- - Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience as an Electrical Engineer in EPC/construction project sites.
- Strong practical knowledge of site execution activities pertaining to Electrical domain
- Proficiency in Electrical AutoCAD for preparation and modification of electrical drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for project tracking, reporting, billing and documentation is must.
- Understanding of electrical safety practices, construction standards, and site coordination.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant experience in Electrical EPC projects/construction site execution preferred.
