- RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Indian and Tandoor cuisine
- Good knowledge of Indian gravies, curries, kebabs, tikka, tandoori items, naan, roti and other Indian dishes
- Ability to maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation
- Knowledge of food preparation, portion control, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently during busy restaurant hours
- Responsible, disciplined and willing to work as part of a qualified kitchen team

SalarySalary will be decided according to the candidate's experience, skill and capability.

Travel BenefitFor candidates joining from Kolkata or nearby areas, one-way train fare from Kolkata to Agartala will be provided by the restaurant.
