Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects-commercial, residential, industrial.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
- Plan and monitor project activities as per timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is progressing as per required standards.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, testing, and project handover.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability at sites.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in solar project execution.
- Prior solar industry experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of rooftop solar installation and execution.
- Solid site coordination and vendor/contractor management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
