### **Job Overview**

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to drive merchant acquisition for Paytm Payments Services Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting local merchants, onboarding them onto the Paytm ecosystem, and deploying QR codes and merchant payment solutions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Merchant Onboarding:** Visit retail stores, shops, and commercial establishments to pitch and install Paytm QR codes and payment solutions.

* **Business Development:** Identify potential merchants, build rapport, and expand the local merchant network.

* **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly merchant acquisition targets.

* **Relationship Management:** Guide merchants on using Paytm merchant apps, resolve basic queries, and ensure active transaction usage.





* **Field Work:** Conduct full-day field visits within the assigned territory to drive sales and service delivery.

### **Key Requirements**

* **Education:** Minimum Intermediate (10+2) passed.

* **Assets:** Must possess a functional **Two-Wheeler (Bike)** and a **Smart Mobile Phone**.

* **Experience:** Prior experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or direct customer sales is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

* **Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and target-oriented mindset.

* **Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on performance and experience).
