Job Summary

Mahaveer Building Material Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, E-Way Bill generation, GST compliance, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Prime.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices accurately.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per GST regulations.
- Handle customer billing and ensure timely invoicing.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and assist in statutory compliance.
- Reconcile GST, vendor, customer, and ledger accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, E-Way Bills, and financial records.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams for smooth billing and dispatch processes.




- Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly and annual account closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants whenever required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the building materials, trading, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill generation, invoicing, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience in customer billing and invoicing.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and ERP systems.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
