KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome customers and their families at the project’s sales office.
• Accompany visitors to sample flats and explain the layout and features.
• Explain the project campus, amenities and facilities using approved project information.
• Understand customers’ initial requirements and introduce them to the Sales Manager for further discussions.
• Maintain a basic visitor register and coordinate customer visits with the sales team.
• Check sample-flat cleanliness and presentation daily, including lighting, furniture and washrooms.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to get cleaning issues resolved before customer visits.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure sample flats remain ready for visitors.
