Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil WorkLocation: Lucknow

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

- Job Responsibilities:Supervise daily civil construction work at the site.
- Manage masons, labourers, and contractors.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor brickwork, plaster, RCC, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other civil work.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take measurements and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Required Skills:Basic knowledge of civil construction and site work.
- Ability to understand basic drawings and measurements.
- Good labour and contractor management skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials.
- Positive communication and problem-solving ability.
- Basic mobile/WhatsApp reporting skills.

Qualification:ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred. Candidates with relevant site experience may also apply.
