Job Title: Café Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our café and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business operations. The candidate will be responsible for team management, customer service, sales, inventory, hygiene, and overall outlet performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

- Lead, train, and supervise café staff, including service, kitchen, cashier, and housekeeping teams.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and wastage control.

- Ensure food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.

- Prepare and monitor staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocation.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.





- Monitor outlet cleanliness and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

- Conduct regular checks of equipment, facilities, and operational requirements.

- Achieve sales and operational targets as assigned by management.

- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to the management team.

- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

- Coordinate with HR and management regarding staffing and employee-related requirements.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality operations.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Knowledge of inventory, billing, sales, and café operations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
